helpful staff updated room easy access
The staff was helpful and very friendly to me. I appreciated the proximity to the city and the shopping mall nearby... everything was easily accessible. I'd be happy to come back.
The elevator seemed a bit slow at times, but it wasn't a major issue.

The breakfast offered just the right amount of options. It wasn't too much, nor too little. Breakfast had a good balance, and the location of the dining area was convenient for a quick meal before heading out for the day.

The studio room I had was very clean and well-stocked with all necessary amenities. I found the bed and seating area to be very comfortable and quiet. A good night's sleep was easy to achieve in this room.

The hotel is in an excellent location making it easy to reach every part of the city. There is a local grocery store just a short walk away, which I found very convenient. Public transportation is also close by.

a rather underwhelming stay
re-hung towels insufficient seating
the location proved acceptable, with a mall conveniently located nearby.
housekeeping was not as thorough as i would have liked i found used towels re-hung as if they were clean. the breakfast area needed more seating customers wandered with plates searching for an empty table.

the breakfast was excellent with so many fresh choices. the room was very clean. the staff was helpful.
cleaning was only after 4 nights. sanitary supplies were not enough. pamphlets were not available in english.

studio room friendly staff convenient location
The room, a queen studio, was like a personal retreat, and the well-stocked setup helped a lot. i found the staff cute, they always had a smile. the location proved very convenient. A nearby shopping center offered various options.
the elevator service was quite slow, sometimes causing delays when going up or down.

The hotel offers a useful washing machine, with each use costing just two euros, that's really good. a dryer is also available. It requires an additional two euros and makes laundry easy. a simple breakfast buffet provided a good start to the day.

the central station is within easy reach, and i did enjoy the easy walk. a nearby local grocery store, edeka, sits just 50 meters away, very convenient! the location made exploring very simple.

i got a warm welcome from the front desk. they were helpful with directions and answered my questions. their cheerful attitude made checking in and out a pleasure and the service was quite prompt.
